Please first check if the shortcuts are  vaild ( double-click these icons and see if the programs can run normally).

 

 If so, please fix this  issue with the first solution of Wise PC 1stAid.

 

If not, please delete  these shotcuts,and re-create new shotcuts.

How to create new short cuts :

 

Right-click------properities ----open file location-----find the program---- right-click------send to --- Desktop(create shortcut)

 

While if you can not find the program after you clicking "open file location", please check if the program installed still exists, if not, re-install the program.
