Buongiorno,

da stamattina compare questo avviso, assolutamente infondato perché Windows 7 home ed. era preinstallato nel computer, comprato due anni fa circa.

Potete aiutarmi a rimuovere questo avviso? Grazie

We'd like to help you with the issue,

 

Firstly, please assure if your Windows 7 is genuine or not.

 

If it is genuine and activated, please try to do as the following instructions to check out if it can help you out.

 

1) Start the Product Activation Wizard,

2) Click Start,

3) Right click computer,

4) Select Properties,

 

Then at the bottom of the window, you'll see if it is activated and what the product ID is. Print the page out for reference ,and use "Printscreen" and save it to Word as well.

Then exit that, call Microsoft to reactivate it, then the boring message will disappear.
