How old is your computer? 2.80Ghz is not bad but physical memory is "510 MB", too slow to run (most) basic ms apps. Hard disk drive memory is also low. I recommend adding up more memories for both? or a new pc with a newer ver. of windows, fast processor, high ram and hdd instead? up to you. Personally, i think dell is a little old.
