Freezing

Hallo.

I am using Jet ( used to use IE & Opera ) and just lately it has started to freeze. Sometimes it is only for a few moments but other times it is longer and I have to re-boot. I have run all security stuff I have got but it is still doing it. Any ideas please.

Some ways to fix it,

1. uninstall programs you no longer need.
2. avoid opening many apps. or programs.
3. download and run Wise Care 365 check up, cleaners, defrag and optimize.
     Delete files you dont need like temp.files and run disk cleaner located at Local Disk Properties.
4. run maintenance.
5. clean pc.
6. reinstall os.
