Win 7 help not opening

Windows 7 help files system not working. Get error message when engaging help:"There is a problem with Windows help and support". Apparently a common problem. I restored Winhelp and it did not fix.

Many times, one of our premiere forum members (xilolee) has suggested that running sfc /scannow (from an elevated command prompt) will fix your issue and nobody has ever returned to say it didn't work. So, please try it and let us know if that fixes your issue.
