Calbrax:  Is there any chance that you recently updated iTunes on your computer?  If so, that is the likely culprit because the uninstaller for the version being upgraded doesn't function properly.  The Apple Forums are full of reports of this issue.  If iTunes is responsible, you will have to uninstall all of your Apple applications and then reinstall them.  The file is not really missing, but the Apple upgrade messed up its registration.
