EaseUS Fixing USBs?

One of my USB's is suppose to have 32 GB. I formatted it & it's showing it has 1 GB. You mean it won't fix that issue?

Now you are starting to explain you real issue! How is one supposed to know what you are trying to do from your first statement? You don't need a partition manager to format a usb drive. You can actually right-click the drive in Windows and select format (like so):
