bilgisayarıma format attım. 32 bit olmasına rağmen 64 bitlik win7 yükledim. şimdi bilgisayarım sağ tıkladım mı yönet çalışmıyor, aygıt yöneticisi calışmıyor ve regedit çalışmıyor ne yapmalıyım tekrar mı format????
