Then download the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool 2, From the drop-down box, select 1.1 and clean. 3, Re-install .NET Framework 1.1 4, Download and install .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 5, Visit Windows Update or Microsoft Update and let it install the rest of the 1.1 updates including KB2833941.
