argcrg Posted July 30, 2013 Report Share Posted July 30, 2013 My dvd will not work and it indicates a code 19 Indicate the the registry is corrupt or bad for this unit. I have uninstalled the driver and shut down then restart and have the same error when the driver is installed. Went to Dell for new driver and downloaded it . Indicated that the dvd was not found.
