Lucy Posted November 5, 2013 Report Share Posted November 5, 2013 1. check your computer and it is caused by hardware problems or not. respectively check power supply, memory, CPU and fan. 2. check it is caused by virus Trojan or not, please download WiseCare 365 clean the virus. and clean up junk files in your PC. then clean up hard disk fragmentation. 3. check it is caused by abused some beta software, pirated software or not, if so, please uninstall it. 4. check it is caused by hardware temperature is too high or not, if so, please clean the dust box deeply.
