Lucy Posted November 5, 2013 Report Share Posted November 5, 2013 1. Using 365 Start menu management, close all boot procedures. 2. Restart the system, there has problem again or not. 3. If not, then turn half of the program, Restart the system again and check it has error or not; If something goes wrong, then the problem is inside this half program, open or half open one by one and eventually find the problem program. 4. Find the problem program, turn off the boot directly or re-install. another way, you can also delete uninstall the recently installed program (before the problem occurred) to check out the specific problem programs.
