o teclado numérico lateral parou de funcionar e não consigo fazer com que ele retorne.

Try enabling numeric keypad and check if it helps, here are the steps:

1.      Open On-Screen Keyboard by clicking theStart button, clicking All Programs, clickingAccessories, clicking Ease of Access, and then clickingOn-Screen Keyboard.

2.      ClickOptions, select the Numeric Keypad check box, and then clickOK.
