always comes up when i start the computer how do i fix it

1. Close (or disable) all boot items, see if the problem occurs again. If not, then start the program one by one turn (on a reboot), knowing that the startup process is to determine cause. Remove to change the program or reinstall the program.
2. If you disable all startup items are still experiencing a problem, then reboot the system, press F8 to run safe mode, to see whether the problem occurs. If not then it should be caused by a service. First disable all third-party services, restart the computer normally, if no, then turn half service, in order to determine the cause of the problem ....... restart services

 

another advice,,

have you install MediaGet?  MediaGet is a source engine. 

if you have this, you remove MediaGet and the runtime error not appear again. .
