If not, then start the program one by one turn (on a reboot), knowing that the startup process is to determine cause. Remove to change the program or reinstall the program.2. If you disable all startup items are still experiencing a problem, then reboot the system, press F8 to run safe mode, to see whether the problem occurs. If not then it should be caused by a service. First disable all third-party services, restart the computer normally, if no, then turn half service, in order to determine the cause of the problem ....... restart services another advice,, have you install MediaGet?
