Tasks Not Being Repaired

Good morning, On the Problem page for Wise PC 1st Aid I am unable to use the features of Task Manager which says that it is disabled and registry editing has been disabled. When I click on these features it does not correct the problem. Can anyone guide me through how to solve this please.
