Basically what happens is when I ask the task to perform the checks it says that the operation has been disabled by an adiminstrator. Thank you for your response, I have attached a photograph. When I apply the tasks with the red crosses they are ineffective. My computer is so slow. Have had problems with internet connection for weeks and now have resumption of internet so trying to get it up to scratch. My windows vista does not seem to be up to full par. I have tried deleting it and installing it but not much has changed. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you. Good morning, On the Problem page for Wise PC 1st Aid I am unable to use the features of Task Manager which says that it is disabled and registry editing has been disabled. When I click on these features it does not correct the problem. Can anyone guide me through how to solve this please. Thank you.
