Possiedo un computer "HP Pavilion dv6700 Notebook PC", con Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Service Pack 1, microprocessore Intel ® Core2 Duo CPU T7250, memoria del sistema 2GB con Slot memoria 1: 1GB DDR2/DIMM 667MHz, Slot memoria 2: 1GB DDR2/DIMM 667 MHz, Dispositivo di grafica NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS, Scheda sistema: 30D2 79.28, BIOS di sistema: F.45. Come antivirus ho il Kaspersky

 

Il problema è :

1.- che non posso aggiornare windows (con windows update), viene fuori l'errore: codice 80072F78

2.- Quando tratto di aggiornare qualche programma (Kaspersky, Adobe, ecc) ci impiega un sacco di tempo e viene fuori la scritta del tipo: aggiornamento non eseguito, Time out
