outlook cannot download. cannot delete files

keeps saying it has an error and must close

 

i tried the repair in outlook

I deleted outlook from add/remove and reinstalled it

same problem

I also have a big section of 'emails' that are blank and with a date of NONE in the divider

OH, I also did a full system virus scan

 

I had a memory chip go bad and it blue screened while outlook was open. Removed and outlook has not worked since. I have outlook 2003 and windows xp

 

I will be gone until this afternoon. I can use my email on the laptop.(different computer)
