DNS Address

Thanks for replying me but still my problem has not solved it still shows that web page is not available...I have used wise pc 1st aid 6th fix but it did not help..I unchecked the proxy server but it is not still helping and for the third one i have changed my DNS address to 8.8.8.8 but i says that alternate DNS address cant be same as the upper one so kindly help me!!!
