CPU shows 100% full

1. Were multiple programs running at the same time? If so, close those unnecessary programs, let the necessary one runs only.

2. Or check your pc whether containing bug or virus. You can open the Task manger, check which big program is running, if any unfamiliar big programs is running, it might be virus, use antivirus software to kill it.
