Go to Wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change proxy settings > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN."

I think this suggestion is very exhaustive.

1, Run Internet Explorer---Tools----Internet options---Connections---LAN settings, unchecked Proxy server, press OK to save settings.

2, If you realy need to use proxy server, please make sure proxy server Address and Port is correct and available.
