Jen
I have more than 27GB data stored in my Google Apps account. Now I need to export all this data to my hard drive since my boss asked me for a backup of whole data. Is there an instant way that can be helpful for this issue? I need it done ASAP. Please suggest. If you went exporting it manually, it is surely going to be a hard nut to crack. I would suggest you to go for a reliable third party tool. In my recommendation, SysTools Google Apps Backup tool is one trustworthy software to export and backup G Suite data locally. You can first export your data and then convert it to multiple file formats like, PST, MBOX, MSG and EML. You can find the software here: https://www.systoolsgroup.com/google-apps-email-backup.html Along with that, I would suggest manual method as well. Google Takeout is one such approach to backup and export Google Apps data, but I afraid this way you won't be able to export 27 GB data. However, here is the step-wise tutorial of Google Takeout: https://technodiary365.wordpress.com/2019/02/22/google-apps-backup-google-takeout/ Thanks! I tried the software, and it worked for me so far. Thanks again!
