Dj20135 Posted September 12, 2013 Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 my problem is when i'm on facebooksometimes when i click on a link the computer locks me out it will start loading the page and then stop nothing works ctrl,alt,del doesn't work the only thing i can do is turn off the computer. it didn'y do this when first bought just started a month ago. i have mcafee security and reguraly clean out junk files using wise care 365 i also delete browser history too. any help would be appreciated.
