april Posted September 10, 2013 Report Share Posted September 10, 2013 What add-ons are you running? if you have too many "lists" of banned sites in AdBlockPlus, that can slow you;NoScript can also slow it down, as can any spam filter add-on.Don't let it start automatically when you start your computer; give the machine time to do its "warming up" (as the other answer puts it) before trying to start Firefox.Keeping huge history and bookmarks files will also slow it down.
