O pc bloqueia e fica azul o ecran

O computador, fica com o ecran azul e bloqueia, já tentei de tudo, limpei fiz uma análise com o antivirus e não detectei nada de anormal, já não sei o que fazer.

Go to BIOS(press F1 while booting to goto bios)......and changed the 
HDD property to Compatability mode. Save and restart.
