wise Pc 1st. Aid soluciona el problema de iconos, pero cuando tengo que reiniciar vuelve el problema

me gustaría hacer captura de pantalla, o en todo caso enviar el informe de wise donde aparecen los problemas,pero no tengo ningún programa que pueda descargar capturas de pantalla que sea bueno y que adem

además las haga en la pantalla de inicio

Wise PC 1stAid solved the problem of icons, but after a reboot, the problem returned.

I would like to screen capture, or at least send the wise report which shows the problems, but I don't have a good program to capture screenshots.
