PC Tune-Up by AVG

I've always had Wisecleaner running but as I have AVG protection, and seeing as it was free for one go, I ran their PC Tune-Up.  I've removed it from my laptop - or at least think I have - but the boot-up time has now doubled from what it was with Wisecleaner!  I seem to have done all I can in disabling stuff but there's no difference.  It's obviously done something naughty.

Any help would be appreciated.

Firstly, please confirm whether the program has been uninstalled succussfully.

 

Go to control panel to see whether the name exists or not.

Then go to the installation path to see if the unintall file still exists.

 

If the program has not been uninstalled, plz use this tool to uninstall it:
