Имеется: два ПК и планшет.На всех стоит Windows-7.На одном ПК вижу и внешний

жёсткий диск и папки в нём.На втором ПК вижу внешний жёсткий диск, но не вижу папок в нём.

На планшете не вижу ни внешнего жесткого диска, ни,стало быть, папок в нём.
