Does wisecare365 support windows 10 OS?

What if system crashes. Will i be able install wisecare with lifetime license key? How will i have to proceed if i have upgrade from Windows 8 to windows 8.1? Installing windows 8.1 will require reinstallation of all the softwares. So Will i be able to register wisecare lifetime license after installing windows 8.1
