Ledminer

I have been using WRC for some time using Fast Scan which usually found a few problems and cleaned them. Then tried Deep Scan which found a huge number of which 369 are "unsafe to clean". Most appear in Activex/com and Software paths. Can anything be done about these? Should anything be done? (apart from reloading Windows and starting afresh!)
