    Following error message appears when we try to open Device Manager, Services Etc "MMC will not run with a version of Internet Explorer earlier than Internet explorer 5.5." Though we are using I.E.version 9 ! Operating system:Windows Vista Home Basic (32 bit) Service Pack 2 System root: C:\Windows Available physical memory: 1013 MB CPU: Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU T2370 @ 1.73GHz Drive Info: C: 146.00 GB Internet Explorer: 9.0
