I already have all of wise cleaner's products even the 1st aid one. but when i try the "slow startup" and the "Running speed of pc too slow" , i didnt really have much affect. can you tell me exactly what does both function do?

Wise care 365 had been my best friend in the tech world. But in these past few days, my computer had been very slow even though my computer is very clean and has plenty of memory.
