none of the windows troubleshooters will run

i have already ran wise first aid programs. computer is sooo slow, it keeps crash dumping and i cannot run windows troubleshooters. i get error code 0x80070002 when i try to use troubleshooters. thanks for your help!!!

i have already run everything in wise first that would apply. any other suggestions please?

i ran the program to speed up my computer but it's still slow. none of the windows troubleshooters will run, i get an error message. computer keeps doing a memory crash dump and windows system files keeps filling up so i am running the cleaner every 30 minutes
