"Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one" in windows 7. I interupped a patch install and now can't install new software. I found a temp fix by running services.msc and disableing windows installer services - rebooting- and resetting back to manual. This allowed me to install one time. Then goes back to old error 1500. Need an antomatic fix
