  1. Do you ever install Windows Media Player?

If you have installed it, when you play it, is there any error message displayed?

Or, you can run Windows Media Player on x64 system:         C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe

                                                                       x86 system:          C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe

  2. Hi,

Please open wise program directory, originally it is C:\Program Files\Wise\, to check whether all files are here, and click WiseCare365.exe  to run program.

If it can run well, delete all shortcut icons on desktop, right-click WiseCare365.exe, send to Desktop (create shortcut). Or, run Wise PC 1stAid, click 1st icon to solve your problem.

If it can not run, uninstall all wise programs and re-install them.

  4. Hi,

You computer's startup time is 116 seconds. It is faster or slower than before?

I notice that your computer have 1022 MB physical memory,  it is not enough to run XP as perfect.

    Solution 1:

Run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 11th (the last one ) icon, it will disable all third-party add-ons and services.

    Solution 2:

Run Wise Care 365 to clean junk files (PC Checkup)

Run Wise care 365-----System Tuneup, system optimizer, registry defrag, startup manager (disable all useless startup programs and services), context menu.

Run wise memory optimizer to free up more available physical memory.

    Solution 3:

Add physical memory to 2048 MB.

  5. Did you solved this problem, after you restored it to an earlier date?

If not, you can try following steps:

1, Run Wise Care 365 to clean junk files, using PC Checkup

2, Run Wise Memory Optimizer to free more available memory.

3, If you have installed anti-virous software, please uninstall it, install Microsoft Security Essential to replace. It is small and using less memory.

4, Or, run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 11th icon to disable all useless third-party services and Internet Explorer's add-ons

5, My personal suggestion, increase more available physical memory.

    Internet disconnect:

1, click Start-----Run, type CMD, and press Enter

2, type ping 192.168.1.1 (maybe it is 192.168.0.1), to check the connection from router to your PC

then, ping google.com , to check the internet connection. If cannot connect to Internet, reboot router and your system, try again. Or using another PC to try to connect to Internet.

Reboot router, or seek help from administrator, or reset router.

  6. Hi,

This problem may occur under one of the following conditions

1, The installer file downloaded form Internet is not complete or damaged

    Solution:

Delete browser's caches, download file again and rename it with a single words.

2, Required hardware (For example, CD/DVD drive) is malfunctioning.

    Solution:

    Insert a disc (A DVD/CD) to do a test.

3, Physical memory is not compatible

    Solution:

If you have two pieces or more physical memory, keep only one memory.

If you just have one, plug out then replug in.
