  10. Hi, When you run Windows Update to check updates, was there any error message displayed? Or, when you download and install updates from Windows Update, was there any error message displayed? Please do some snapshots and send to us.
  11. Please clarify your problem. Is Internet surfing or PC running slow? If it is internet surfing,then disable those third party plug-ins, or set it to be default setting from your internet browser tool/settings. If it is pc running,then turn off those third party programs operation.

And do you have heard the CD-ROM's running noise. 2, Right-click My Computer----Manage, click Device Manager, find out DVD/CD-ROM drives, (if has ) right-click your device---click Uninstall, then click Action---Scan for hardware changes to re-install CD-ROM. 3, Insert a DVD disc to check whether it can recogonize and play the disc. 4, If those can not solve your problem, please seek help from Professional and technical personnel.
  14. Try to put some CDs or DVDs (normal, can be played in other pc )in your CD-ROM to run, if they cannot be played, then I can tell your CD-ROM drive need to be re-installed. If they can be played, then your CD-ROM message might be shielded by the main board.

  21. If you mean you cannot download WiseCare365 free version, then please try again latter. Because download WiseCare365 is totally free for sure. And it has both free and professional versions, you will be able to use its free version after download at least whatever.
  22. It might caused by many reasons, here are some for your reference: 1. Accidentia, not common, then you can fix it by just restart your pc; 2. There is incompatible situation between your system and the latest installed/updated programs, you can fix the blue screen problem by uninstall the latest installed/updated programs; 3. There is bug or virus in your system, you need to use any antivirus software to kill it in the safe mode.(During booting, press F8, choose 'Safe Mode') 4. There is dust on your pc hardware, clean it by open it; 5. Some time, unstable power also can cause blue screen; 6. Some time too much rubbish also can cause blue screen, use WiseCare365 to do a cleaning job, better regularly.
