  2. Because IE is Windows build-in application, some of its files even registry file might have been added to system. But there is a way equal to delete it, turn off it in explorer. Please follow the path of these two screenshot to turn off IE.
  3. Do you mean that you cannot open any specified Windows Application? Because you mentioned 'some windows'. If you mean cannot enter Windows, then tell us what did you do causing that situation. Or you can enter safe mode to take antivirus scan and restore system back to a fine point; If you mean some Windows Application, then let us what exact applications they are.

  7. If it is desktop, then change the displayer to see whether its because of displayer problem; Exclude displayer being too hot, clean the dust on displayer, add engine oil, check again; If it isn't displayer's problem, then update the graphics card.

  16. Use Wise Care 365 to unable all third party programs' operation when pc start with its feature 'Startup Manager' in 'System Tuneup'. Less third party programs running at the same time, better pc performing.

  20. Black screen might be caused by many reasons. 1. Make sure that your system is legal copy; 2. Make sure the power connection between displayer and host is correct and fine; 3. Did the computer too hot at that time? 4. Make sure the displayer in good condition, wasn't damaged causing that problem; 5. Check the CPU, Graphics Card, DDR, reinsert or replace if they are needed; ......Even unstable power might cause that. So you need to tell us what did you do caused that problem happen to fix it.

  23. It might be caused by incompatible situation between the system and the product you planed to install. You can try other glass themes. If you still cannot, then tell us what prompt show up.
  24. Please clarify your problem for better resolving it. If it is that you can't uninstall WiseCare365, then please Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall it.
  25. 1. Registry might be changed, you are suggested to use antivirus software to scan the pc; 2. Registry error, might be caused by DDR, change it, and reboot; 3. Or, just take out the DDR, clean it, put it back, reboot.
