1, Temperature issue
    we have fixed this, but you need to change F to C or C to F manually.

2, WiseAssistantBoot service, it is used to calculate system boot times. 
3, System monitoring is a new feature, we need more tests and data, so can you send us some screenshots? we need to know what are wrong?
4, wise care 365 both v2 and v3 support to clean Safari browser. we will consider to add Maxthon and Pale Moon later.
