Installing WFH on a Surface Pro

The Surface Pro is new... I have uninstalled WFH several times and re-installed. Each time... when I try to open the app (after installation)... it asks for a password. If I leave it empty, it asks for PW... if I enter any PW, it says that it is the wrong PW. -
Installing the Wise Free Holder FREE on a Surface PRO. IT seems to install fine.... but asks for a password when I open it for the first time... even though the PW has not been set-up. Anybody know why.... or a way work around it..... or to break the 'pw' whatever it is.
