Do not show the icon ''change language''. This is system icon on my OS Windows 8,1. I can't change language between english and bulgarian. The place on my icon is empty! One of my friends give me advise: Push the button left "ALT& SHIFT" and hold on together. So I change the languadge. I want the icon to be on my screen conputer! Can you help me in this case? P.S.-The icon is swich off. Options ''swich on'' is forbiten for me! I don't know what is happened. Excuse me, if my english languadge is not very well!
