when I log into my account>enter email address>checking details (loading account settings).message "OOPS THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM " appears. I have been in touch with the firm, told to change Browser, email password etc, all to no avail, I know that this problem has nothing to do with Wise, but I am trying all means to obtain an answer, and any help would be great.
