    The following may assist in understanding my MS Windows problem. Initiated a Restore and it only gets 3% done then hangs and eventually times out. Tried a Backup and it gets to 7% then hangs and eventually times out. All current Windows and Microsoft Updates installed through Windows Update and checked with Microsoft Baseline Security Analyser 2.2 Last reliable restore was 04 November when I installed TOMTOM navigation software on my computer. I run Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security as my AV suite
