  1. yes i already try to boot into safe mod but i do not know what will i do.
  2. i have also problem in my registry it was in the hkey classes root the value was not set and when i run a regitry cleaner there was one file tha't can't be fix this is HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Mime\Database\Content Type\image/vnd.ms-dds Value: Extension ; Data: .dds Invalid File Type reference.
  3. but ido not know how to properly reset it to it's factory setting and i do not have a place where can ibackup my files because my dvd-rom is damaged is there any raplacement for dvd-rom?
  4. can reseting my pc on it's factory setting can fix all this problems on my pc?
  5. when i install the amd 64-ia64.... the respond is some updates were not installed -security updates for windows(KB2931356)
  6. oh i'm sorry ialready install the hotfix for window and i already enter sfc scannow and then i copy the following command s and enter it and it's respond is 1 file<s> copied,1 file<s> copied.
  7. i can't install the hotfix for window because it stuck or there's no progress in my installation until my pc lags.
  8. yes i'd already run adw cleaner i'd also already remove the dust in my cpu when i download and run the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2014] it's respond is the update is not applicable to your computer then i proceed to run the following command first command that i run is this. copy %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log %userprofile%\desktop\CheckSUR.txt && copy %SYSTEMROOT%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt && findstr /c:"[sR]" %userprofile%\desktop\cbs.txt > %userprofile%\desktop\SR.txt and when i enter it's respond is the system cannot find the file specified. the i try it one by one as you said first command i enter the respond is also the system cannot find the file specified. second command i enter the respond is 1 file copied third command i enter the respond is nothing.
  9. but also my pc is not responding after or more than 30 minutes, when i refresh it from desktop all icons will disappear, and it will not respond again ,so ineed to shut it down from the avr.
  10. When i perform sfc /scannow using command prompt it's respond is windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. details are included in the CBS.Logs windir\logs\CBS\CBS.Log . for example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS.Log\
