Have you already tried the procedure described in How to get back the WFH files?
If that doesn't work, an user on that same thread reported that solved its issue with recuva.
I tried both of the ways, but that doesn't work

Try to use that one and see if you can find your folders with it.
Currently i use an older ver, but the problem still remains

Unfortunately I can not find an older version of WFH (or any other WiseCleaner products).

I have a big problem with my hidden folders, after uninstall old version of Wise Folder Hider and install new version, then open the software, there was nothing, all folders has been deleted from my hard disk. what can i do? this is so important for me, please help me

I tried but Wise Data Recovery is useless for me
I tried also other recovery softwares like recuva or easeUS, recovered, but all files (video files) has been damaged and unreadable.
