Hi!
I sure hope you can provide the help I need.
(1) During the months of Mar/Apr/May I lost the internet and could not connect
(2) Prior to 15 Mar 2014, I was always able to connect with my laptops built in modem card.
(3) However, as of the 16 Mar 2014, I lost even that connection.
(4) Yesterday I called our cable company and the female technician I spoke with said "It's your modem", and I asked her how she knew so quickly and she told me to, "Check all connections leading to the modem", I did and let her know that all connectors were on tight, next thing she said was, "Strange, I can't see your SMC modem so ther must be somthing wrong with it. Would you like to have a Service Call made", I told her OK
