I jus updated WiseCarePro 365 and now when I open Wise Care to run diagnostics, I receive the following codes: "Invalid Pointer Operation" and Access Violation at --6EFC84 address in module WiseCare 365.exe" Operating system:Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) Service Pack 1 System root: C:\Windows Available physical memory: 8075 MB CPU: Intel® Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz Drive Info: C: 119.14 GB D: 1863.01 GB Internet Explorer: 11.0
