do you know how to find out what kind of RAM a pc is compatible with? for ex. i use a dell laptop and i want to know if i can upgrade my ram to ddr3-pc3-12800. will it be compatible?

regsvr32 exists but regsvr32.exe doestn't. What does it mean?

well, when i go to system variables, i'm greeted with two frames top is administrator variables and bottom is system variable. neither one contains the regsvr32.exe does it have to be capitalized? where do i type them in?

path variable contains the letters. what else can I do?
