I updated from 3.12 to 3.13, I'm experiencing some problems cleaning up junk files. It takes too long to clean, about 1 minute more, both in checkup and common cleaner. I already tried reinstallling wise care 365. Still the same to now. I don't know if its the software or my computer. I recently just updated from windows 8 to 8.1 before updating wise care and the problem.

-Scan for virus and malware and remove them if there are.

Try updating your drivers and disable some add-ons.

Just a suggestion though, lockable and unlockable option to current position, because 'for me' it's a little annoying for it to be dragged when clicking optimize and putting it back again to my desired position.

2GB RAM is still slow. Stop programs you don't need running in background.
Find a software that uses a lot of memory and consider uninstalling if you really not much need it.
Check if there are malware, adware, spyware in your system, they eat up memory. -
Uninstall and reinstall Adblock Chrome Extension, see if that fixed it..

What browser are you using?
Try switching to another and see if the problem still occurs. -
Try deleting the shortcut and creating another.

Upgrade RAM?
malwarebytes pretty much eats up memory. -
I have a suggestion.
Can Wise Optimizer have a lock option? So that it will not move from it's current desktop position.
I'm using touchpad because I don't have a mouse and when I click to optimize. I always accidentally drag it out of my desired position.
I thought that "Stay on top" do lock it but it also was still movable. -
Regarding on my no.2 problem, I found out that it was a font type missing from my system.
Stopping font cache maybe is my guess, is it true? -

You can try to launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt (it lasts about 20-40 min, usually).
If you have used Wcare365 system tuneup - startup manager, you could find the removed entries inside the records tab (startup, services, records).
[charms bar is the Windows 8/8.1 bar, on the right side of the display... Usually.]
tried it 2x already and everything is ok like my old scans.

Can you tell me your physical memory size and your OS info?
1, It sounds like there may not enough memory to use.
You can add more physical memory, or close running programs.
2, Sorry, I don't know what is 'charms bar'
3, XP system: click Start menu, click Run, type msconfig and press Enter
Vista/7 system: click Start menu, type msconfig in search box and press Enter
then click Boot tab, can you see startup programs?
2GB RAM, Win8Pro,,
I only run 1-3 programs at a time. even at 1 program running it still occurs...

Hmmm... I'll try to be clearer.
If I leave the program GUI non maximized, the bug doesn't appear.
If I maximize the program GUI, and make those changes, the bug appears.
Problem solved, changed DPI setting from 125% to 100% to make it work. Thanks for the replies.

Thank you for you feedback.
1, Can you tell me your screen resolution and text size setting (DPI) ?
I suspect the reason of your problem 1 and 3 is DPI setting, change to 100% may fix this problem.
2, In old version of wise care 365, user can run multitask , but it may cause some error. So, v3 fix it, user only can run one task at the same time.
3, Error 4 and 5, we know the reason, and we will fix it.
4, About themes, v3 supports custom theme. Please try!

1. My screen resolution is 1366 x 768, my DPI was 125% and I now changed it to 100% and problem fixed.
2. Oh, it's ok though because v3 is much more faster in scanning, defragmenting and optimizing than the old version, saves time too.
3. Now with 100% DPI I can disable and enable but still no status.
4. I will, is there a guide to custom my own theme?

I had the same problem before but after continuous use of Wise PC 1stAid and troubleshooting before planning to update again I can now download without error.
by the way what is the error showed?

Google Chrome browser does not load any webpages or sometimes does not load correctly/fully. It is updated to the latest. And I have no problem with my network.
Tried reinstalling it, still a no go. I used Mozilla and Opera and both are fine unlike google chrome.
