I'm sorry I didn't explain correctly. Just now I tried to download Windows Vista Drives {update}.It processes until half way thru.Then this sign came up.Drive Update The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.It can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact yoursupport personnel for assistance. I check if it was running, it's not. Should I use the web pages you sent me to correct it? Thank you for your help.
