  2. I installed a windows update related to Microsoft .NET Framework. DCOM error from system events log showed it could not be started.
  3. The blue sceen error suddenly came up again when PC was running fine. I analyzed using "WhoCrashed" program and the results are below. Not very specific as to what the problem is.   5. I don't know how to open or read the dmp file. It is attached.
  6. My PC will be running along fine and then the blue screen appears and a memory dump occurs. I have not upgraded/changed any hardware recently.
